• Enquiry information you provide.When you submit the "Plan Your Event" form or enquire about a specific artist, we collect your name, company (if provided), email, phone number, WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, event type, event date, city, venue, expected guest count, requirements, budget range, and any message you write to us.
• Communications. If you contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
• Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we and our analytics providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referral source, typically through cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
• Account information (admin users only). Artovia staff who log in to the admin panel provide an email and password, managed through our authentication provider (Supabase).

We do not knowingly collect payment card details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data through this Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss your event, including checking artist availability;
• To provide quotations, plan services, and communicate about a potential or confirmed booking;
• To improve the Site and understand how visitors use it;
• To send you information you've requested, such as a follow-up on your enquiry;

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers. We use Supabase to host our database and manage enquiry records and admin logins, and Google Tag Manager for analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• Artists and vendors. If your enquiry concerns a specific artist or service, relevant event details may be shared internally with the artist manager or team handling that category so they can assess availability.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Artovia or others.

4. Data Storage & Security

Enquiry and account data is stored in a Supabase-hosted database with access controls restricting it to authorised Artovia staff. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights
