1. About Artovia

Artovia is an events, entertainment and experiences company offering event planning and production, artist and entertainment booking, and live-art experiences for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations and other occasions across India. Content on the Site describing our services, event categories, and artist categories is for informational purposes and does not itself constitute an offer to provide any specific service at a specific price.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our enquiry forms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its admin systems, or its underlying data;
• Scrape, copy, or republish Site content (including artist listings, images, or text) without permission;
• Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or disruptive automated traffic;
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

3. Enquiries Are Not Bookings

Submitting an enquiry through the Site (including the "Plan Your Event" form or an artist-specific enquiry) does not create a booking, reservation, or contractual commitment. Any artist, venue, or service availability shown or discussed is indicative only and subject to confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once Artovia and the client have agreed on scope, pricing, and terms in a separate written quotation, contract, or confirmation, and any required advance payment has been received.

4. Artist & Content Listings

Some artist profiles on the Site may be marked as sample profiles, shown to demonstrate how our artist directory works while we onboard our full roster. Sample profiles do not represent confirmed, bookable artists. We do not knowingly publish fabricated achievements, clients, or reviews for any real artist, and artist information is provided or verified by the artist or Artovia's team before publication where reasonably possible.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, text, graphics, logos, and (except where otherwise credited) photographs and videos are the property of Artovia or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site contains links to third-party platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp) and may embed third-party content such as videos. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.
